What You'll Do:
Answer telephones, direct calls, manage calendars and arrange appointments.
Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions.
Complete and mail bills, contracts, policies, invoices, or checks.
Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer.
Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, and personal computers.
What Experience You Need:
High school diploma or (GED) preferred, or at least one-year related work experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Calculators, Desktop computers, Photocopiers.
Basic math skills.
Customer service skills.
Physical Requirements:
Requires the ability to remain seated for extended durations and engage in several hours of regular transitions between chairs.
It also involves activities such as reaching and bending.
Requires manual dexterity with normal hand and finger movements for typical office work Talking, hearing, and seeing are important elements of completing assigned tasks May require visiting facility operation in temperatures at or below freezing.
May carry loads related to travel and occasionally lifts, carries, positions, or moves objects weighing up to 20 pounds What Could Set You Apart:
