To provide timely and error-free tire and Automotive services following established company policies and procedures.
Our goal is for this trainee to gain knowledge and experience needed to work independently and become a successful automotive technician.
Key Essential
Responsibilities:
Performs tire services, battery installations, oil changes, maintenance services, and multi-point inspections notating conditions that exist on vehicles.
Performs routine maintenance and calibration of equipment.
Work with fellow associates as a team to provide exceptional customer service.
Any additional duties assigned by the store Manager.
QualificationsExperience / Education / Other Requirements High school diploma or equivalent At least 18 years of age Have a valid drivers' license, acceptable driving history and access to reliable transportation Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to at least 50lbs, often repetitively.
Must be able to adapt to severe climate variances.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations in a professional manner.
Recommended Skills Adaptability Automotive Industry Calibration Customer Service Maintenance Self Motivation Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
