We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented person to join our growing team.
Our ideal candidate will be good with numbers and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
A successful Receptionist will constantly strive to present a professional appearance and exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Helping customers figure out what they need.
- Contacting the inventory team to quickly get parts to the customer - Invoicing customers.
- Answering phones.
- Keeping a neat, organized office space - Using our website, as well as programs like Trello, OneNote, Quickbooks, etc.
- Due to the seasonal nature of the snowplow business, some duties may vary in the summer months.
Requirements:
- Pennsylvania Driver's License.
- Organizational skills.
- Time management skills.
- Advanced Computer Skills - Good attendance record with previous employers.
- Winter hours may include overtime & some Saturdays.
- Summer hours may include day Fridays or 4 day weeks.
Since we are a snowplow business, hours will change seasonally.
During the spring & summer months, we have a 40 hour per week schedule, while during fall & winter months overtime is expected.
We are a small Christian Family run snowplow business.
We pride ourselves in having the largest snowplow inventory in the area and, as we continue to be a growing company, we need to add team members that are willing to grow with us.
We pride ourselves in doing things the right way and going the extra mile for our customers.
We have a great team now and are looking to add to that.
