Summary:
The Project Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to Project Managers and EstimatorsAssist in administrative coordination of construction projectsResponsibilities Setup and maintain electronic files Review contracts for compliance, including pay requests and closeout documents and follow-up with vendors to obtain necessary documentsPrepare documents for execution and distribution after executionTrack and monitor project costs vs budgets Process monthly Pay Applications Assembling information for vendor bid and purchase packages Track change orders, RFI's and submittal packages Assist with creation of change orders, etcCompletion of project related forms Ensure that all Pay Applications (Invoices) have been processed by the End of the Month Assist Customers with questions or discrepancies on invoices Issue Purchase Orders as needed Answer Phones as needed Additional duties as needed Qualifications Basic Requirements:
Strong administrative skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in spelling, punctuation, and grammar Computer Skills - must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook Ability to Multi-Task Organizational Skills in managing workload and follow upStrong communication skills (verbal and written) Effective analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work semi-independentlyMinimum of 2 years related experience preferred but will consider a motivated beginnerWhat Do We Offer You as a Service Experts Employee? The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
