Must be self-motivated to work independently as well as in a team setting.
Must be willing to report to our Leesport, PA office Monday through Friday.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be empathetic and have a friendly demeanor.
Ability to communicate with customers and retailers through email and social media platforms.
Ability to answer questions and concerns with science-based, numerical data and information.
Ability to educate customers on transition into raw feeding, proper use of our products and the advantages of feeding Answers' meals and treats.
Ability and confidence to appropriately respond to comments and direct messages on social media platforms.
Become well-versed in the science and ideology behind our products and share that with our pet-loving community.
Ability to generate new ideas on how to best serve customers.
Must communicate with manager on customer service issues on a weekly basis.
Must be passionate about pets and motivated to be an advocate for the raw pet food category.
Positively impact the image of the company.
Onboarding Process:
Hired candidates will receive detailed training on the raw category and ANSWERS(TM) entire product line - focusing on features and benefits.
Education & Experience

years of professional experience in related fields.
